FERMADOR S.R.L. is obliged to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided by the User.<\/span><\/p>

By completing the data in the contact form or in other forms where information considered personal data is requested, except for providing the location within the „Own Store Network” page, the User declares and unconditionally accepts the inclusion of their personal data (name, surname, email address, phone number, company name (optional)) in the database of the site owner S.C. FERMADOR S.R.L. and gives their express and unequivocal consent that all these personal data be stored, used, and processed without territorial and\/or temporal limitation by the site owner S.C. FERMADOR S.R.L.<\/p>

            5.3. The purpose of data collection is: informing Users about the status or evolution of commercial activity, promoting Goods and Services, marketing, advertising, media, administrative or responding to User requests, including contacting a potential client or partner, if they have consented to this by completing the specific form, development, market research, statistics, tracking and monitoring sales and User behavior.<\/span><\/p>

By reading the Document, you have acknowledged that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely: the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene, the right to object, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to address the courts in case of violation of the rights guaranteed by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (General Data Protection Regulation \u2013 GDPR).<\/span><\/p>

            1. FORCE MAJEURE<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol>

              6.1. Neither party will be liable for the non-fulfillment of its contractual obligations, if such non-fulfillment on time and\/or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event.<\/span><\/p>

              Force majeure is an unforeseeable event, beyond the control of the parties, which cannot be avoided or controlled.<\/span><\/p>

              6.2. If within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the respective event does not cease, each party will have the right to notify the other party of the termination of the Contract by operation of law without either of them being able to claim damages from the other.<\/span><\/p>

              1. APPLICABLE LAW \u2013 JURISDICTION<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol>

                7.1. This Contract is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes arising between the site owner, S.C. FERMADOR S.R.L., and the Users of the site will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be settled by the competent Romanian courts in the Municipality of Ia\u0219i. <\/span><\/p>

                1. COMPLIANCE STATEMENT<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ol>

                  8.1. The site owner, S.C.
